You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where applicable) and a VAT invoice when a shipping label has been generated, or when your order is available for collection in-store.

Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available within Accrington for orders over £20.
Orders under £20 will be rounded up to meet our minimum order value requirement for local delivery.
Deliveries are usually made before 12:00pm Mon-Fri.
We will contact you via either email or phone to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-Store Pickup
Orders over £5 are eligible for free local pickup at our store in Accrington on Water Street.
Orders under £5, will be rounded up to meet our minimum order value requirement for local delivery.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, you will receive 2 emails: an order confirmation email, and a collection available email. The confirmation email lets you know that we have received your order, and that we are processing it. The collection available email lets you know that your order has been prepared and is ready to be collected (it will also contain a VAT invoice).
Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00am – 04:00pm on Mon-Thu (excluding holidays), with a 30 minute lunch break from around 12:30pm – 01:00pm.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of the United Kingdom.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. If you have selected a shipping option with tracking, the email will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
