Delivery Information

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will be given the following options:

Please note that choosing a next-day delivery option (such as Royal Mail Tracked 24) will not affect the time between order confirmation and dispatch. An express delivery option only affects the time between receiving your order dispatched notification email, and receiving your order.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over £20 within Accrington.
Orders under £20 will be rounded up to meet our minimum order value requirement for local delivery.

Deliveries are usually made before 12:00pm Mon-Fri.

We will contact you via either text message or email to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-Store Pickup

Orders over £5 are eligible for free local pickup at our store in Accrington on Water Street.
Orders under £5, will be rounded up to meet our minimum order value requirement for local delivery.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready to be picked up

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00am – 04:00pm on Mon-Fri (Excluding holidays).
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of the United Kingdom.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. If you have selected a shipping option with tracking, the email will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
